I am a Counselling Psychologist with a passion to help adolescents and adults find hope and meaning in life. I have a particular interest in helping people overcome life-controlling issues that prevent them from functioning optimally. I believe strongly in the family unit and therefore, in addition to seeing individuals for therapy, I focus on couples and marriage counselling.

I enjoy empowering parents to manage the challenges of parenthood and navigating difficult emotions and behaviours in their children.

I have been in practice since 2011 and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment centres. I have a special interest in alcohol and substance abuse disorders and help many families navigate these challenges. I am committed to helping people heal from life's wounds and have helped numerous individuals navigate their past and present traumas.

"When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending." - Brene Brown.

Dandelions represent the return of life, the rebirth of growth and green after a harsh winter, and a display of abundant strength and power.
